Go to a marriage bureau or agency (some are even online).
Some excellent marriages have been through there. If both parties are emotionally mature and are reasonably good judges of character, it can work out really well.
Know the kind of person who works for you. Write it own if you have to. Then go looking. Don't put much by the externals. Give time to build enough of a relationship to know whether you want to spend the rest of your life with them. You judge a tree by the fruits (whether it's a good tree or bad tree - not whether it's a nice looking one or not :) ).
