Eggs are a really HEALTHY food because they have pretty much all of the essential nutrients in them.

Fruit is very good, as it helps to cleanse the body as well as provide you with nourishment. If you eat a wide variety of fruit, you'll get a great amount of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, proteins and the like. It is beleived that fresh fruis are he BEST things to eat in the morning, on an empty stomach, because they absord quickly and are quickly made into energy.

Chicken, Potatoes and Veggies Get some fresh chicken breasts, cut it up. Coat it with an egg/water mixture, roll in bread crumbs and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. If you're real lazy, get some shake n bake type coating, and coat the fresh chicken with that mixture. Tastes just as good. While the chicken is baking, make some fresh mashed potatoes. If you have a microwave its super easy. In a microwave safe bowl, add 2 potatoes, washed and cut. Peel if you wish. Poke a few holes in it with a fork. Fill the bowl with water, put in microwave, cover with saran wrap or waxed paper, microwave on high for 8 minutes. When the potatoes are done (fork should slide easily into it), carefully drain the water. If you do not have a potato masher, use the fork and break the potatoes down until you can mash it. Add a splash of milk, a gob of butter and a dash of salt. Mix well. For creamier potatoes, add more milk... but not too much milk or it'll turn mushy. Let the potatoes sit 5 minutes before serving. Then for veggies, you can serve fresh veggies (ie: corn on the cob, carrots) or frozen or canned.. whichever you prefer

you really need 3 meals a day. so you don't necessarily need more nutrients at any one part of the day over another. i always like to buy a bag of bagels and triple raspberry swirl cream cheese. it's quick and easy just toast em and spread on the cream cheese. i sometimes will melt cheddar cheese on top in the oven to switch it up. the best thing about them is if you're in a hurry you can transport them fairly easy and eat them on your way or when you get to work. plus it's inexpensive. you can get a bag of 5 lenders bagels for about a dollar and it will last you the work week. the cream cheese usually will last me about two weeks plus and it's under $3. so i get breakfast for a week for about $5.

I would suggest whole grain toasts with fruit spread, some fruit and coffee. You need carbohydrates, protein and some fat.
