Zutsuu is headache. I don't know if there is a real word for migrain, or just words that have been made up or adopted.

Usually these start with variations of a word from other languages like trying to say Migrain wrong or with strong accents.

Anotherwords you could say zutsuu or just say Migrain and hope the person has heard it used before.

Added: The other attempts are an attempt to say Migrain with an accent or what someone sterotypes Asians as speaking like and My-Head-Hurts but parts to that will suggest to people you are saying you only care about your vaniety (you don't want to have your hands on your head and be saying "MY VANIETY!")

I have never heard of gaso gaso before, but "henzutsu" is the correct word for migraine.

You can also say "I have a pounding headache" which is "Atama ga GAN GAN shiteiru" or "My head feels like it is being squeezed" which is "Atama ga shimetsuke rareteiru mitai."

To say I have a headache in Japanese you would say something like:
I have a headache. あたまがいたいです。 Atama ga itai desu.
If you have a Migraine you could say:
I have a terrible headache. あたまがとてもいたいです。 Atama ga totemo itai desu.
And when you feel better you can say:
I'm over my headache. もうずつうはだいじょうぶです。 mou zutsuu wa daijoubu desu.
