Wow, I have so many, but the one that's most on my mind is this:
We know there are peaceful Muslims and hate-filled Muslims that give the peaceful ones a bad name. It's my understanding that the difference between the two is that the peaceful group has somehow found the "war verses" (and similar ones) in the Koran to be largely inapplicable, being overruled by the more peaceful verses. Conversely, the second group of Muslims view the Koran in the opposite way: that is, that the "war verses" and others like them trump the peaceful verses.
My question is: what verses do peaceful Muslims rely upon to prove the second group of Muslims is incorrect?
This is an honest question. I wish you peace.

1. Why is there no real religious freedom in lot of Muslim (dominated) countries? (Is it something to do with Islam sec or is it something cultural?; If you say that Islam is a religion of peace, why have restrictions or forbid other religions?; And: do you agree or disagree?)
This an important issue that recently again received attention with the visit of the Pope to Turkey. Even in a so called secular state other religions do not get the freedom they have the right to.
2. Why lot of Muslims (immigrants) are more religious in the West than they are in their own country of origin?
Thank you for giving me the chance to ask you these questions,
I hope you can shed some light on them.
Sorry, I forgot a question very dear to me:
3. The Sharia. Do you agree with it? (If so, would you like to see it implemented where you live? Do you consider it compatible with an open, democratic society? If no, will rejecting it get you into trouble with your own belief, your fellow believers or maybe your Imam?)
Thank you again!

Oh, where to begine.
1. Is there a religious reason behind wearing veils? I can understand cultural (protection from the sun) but is it connected to your religious life?
2. When living in a Muslim country, the five prayers a day are easier to observe then when living in, say, the US. How does a devote Muslim handle a schedule to pray when there is no such thing as a prayer break?
3, How do Muslims feel about the Pope's trip to Turkey? Do they see this as a sign of peace?

I'll try to answer some of the questions
1. Is there a religious reason behind wearing veils? I can understand cultural (protection from the sun) but is it connected to your religious life?
A) No. Veils are not religious. It was a pre-Islamic tradition of the Arabs. Covering a women's body modestly and having a head scarf is an obligation.
2. When living in a Muslim country, the five prayers a day are easier to observe then when living in, say, the US. How does a devote Muslim handle a schedule to pray when there is no such thing as a prayer break?
A) 5 times salah (worship) is the second piller of Islam and it should be done on time. But there are exceptions when one cant perform his/her salah on time. He/She can complete all the missing salahs(called as kaza) after returning home. There is much more to this but its difficult to explain everything in this short passage.
3. How do Muslims feel about the Pope's trip to Turkey? Do they see this as a sign of peace?
A) Yes, definitely we all must try hard to do away with the hatred and must live peacefully. This is possible only after have peaceful dialogues between people following different religions. This initiative must be taken by every human being not just religious leaders
4. Which bits of the Hebrew Bible/New Testament are corrupt?
A) Its difficult to answer this. The biggest corruption Muslims believe is considering Jesus(as) as a son of God.
5. What does the Qur'an say about Noah's ark?
A) Same as what Christians believe.
6.what verses do peaceful Muslims rely upon to prove the second group of Muslims is incorrect?
A) The verses which says:
He is God, the One and Only;
God, the Eternal, Absolute;
He begetteth not, nor is He begotten;
And there is none like unto Him.
Means God is nothing like humans (one of his creations).
Its against His Supremacy to begot a son. He doest need a son or a daughter or a wife. He doesnt have a gender. He is One and the Unique who created the Heavens and the Earth and whatever is in between.

I am from a small, rural town in Canada, and have not had the opportunity to meet any Muslims. I would like to respectfully ask:
What is the difference between the Quran, Torah, is it?, and the first five books of the Bible? If the Quran, and the first five books, which I understand where written by Moses, are the same, why are we so seperated as a people?

Why is it acceptable for muslim men to marry non-muslim women (with the understanding that their children MUST be muslim), but it is absolutely forbidden that muslim women ever date or marry non-muslim men?
Why is islam so intolerant of other religions?

Why does it state that Allah will dishonor anyone who tells the truth about certain elements of islam?
"One who exposes something from our religion is like one who intentionally kills us."
You belong to a religion that whosoever conceals it, Allah will honor him and whosoever reveals it, Allah will disgrace him.
Jesus Christ told people to spread the word and be truthful about it. There's nothing to hide in Christianity and my GOD will not dishonor me for spreading the gospel, in fact He encouraged people to do so. There's a very big difference in our religions and that would be Jesus Christ, He actually preached of love and peace and forgiveness, yours does not. It's only through Jesus Christ that we are saved and praise the Lord we have Him.

Why is it that every time I hear about some a*shole blow himself up, and kill a lot of innocent people, he(she) is never a Christian, or a Buddhist, or a Jew, or a Hindu?
That would be a good question to ask I guess. Why?
