my best friend just started seeing a girl who is kind of high maintenance he wants to find a gift not too personal and definitely not practical and she likes art but doesn't claim to have infinite knowledge of it...oh and it can't be too expensive any suggestions?

If she's a little high maintenance how about a gift certificate for a manicure or pedicure. She can get pampered and should cost anywhere from $25 to $40.

a nice watch, a vacation, a spa date or something sweet and romantic. does she like little cutsie stuff like cards? if the girl dosent even like cards then what does she like may be she just likes expensive stuff.

Give her either a nice perfume or fragrance. It should be floral or fruity.
