Why are Jewish people living in Israel referred to as Zionists by Muslims (especially the Pres. of Iran)?

It is because many Jews in Israel are Zionists, which means they believe in the Jewish right to their homeland, Israel.
When Muslims are accused of being anti-Jewish, they claim they do not hate Jews, they only hate Zionists, because it is the Zionist Jews who want to settle in Israel. As you know, the Muslims are not satisfied with the 22 countries they already have; they want Israel too....
By the way, not all Zionists are Jewish; some are Christian.

The "Zionist Conspiracy" was a name that Hitler cooked up for the Jews who were buying back Israel with the loans to the cash strapped UK nad USA during the Second World War.

To me the president of Iran doesn't represent a true muslim(this is my opinion).He has to much hate and criticism for non-muslims.
I think it has to do with the fact that many muslims in the middle east are raised with anomosity towards non-muslims. Because of the ongoing conflict.These muslims are 'brainwash' by certain muslim authorities(who have serious hate issues).

Not all muslim refered to Jews as Zionist!Just like not all Jews refer to muslims as terrorist.

Your question are, in a sense, biased aginst Islam.No offense but you can also ask why some Jews call muslims, that live in arab countries, terroist!
