Start smoking cigarettes. The phlegm will subside and if it doesn't you won't live that long to complain about such bs anyhow..Light up buttercup!

The solution is quite simple actually. Put some amount of rub or mentholathum into hot water, put a towel over ur head covering the hot water and inhale the fumes. If the problem persists then try taking some hot gin, this is the solution for people livin in really cold regions. Wish u a speedy recovery..

You'e not drinking enough water. Everyone has phelgm but when you are not taking in enough water the secretions are much thicker and congregate in the throat. Make certain to always drink 8 - 8oz. classes every single day. The water will keep the mucus thin and your body won't notice it nearly as much. It's tough to make a concerted effort to drink that much water every day but it really helps with this. Not to mention all the other health benefits to boot. Try it for a few days and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Have the doctors checked for acid reflux? It is a condition they often miss, and the acid backing up can cause a range of symptoms in different people. Try taking a general antacid before you eat, raise one end of your bed slightly so you sleep at a slight angle (to prevent the acid rising when you sleep) - see if that helps. If it does, then see a doctor about something more permanent.

Do you eat or drink a lot of dairy products? Milk, cheese, etc contributes to the production of phlegm in the human body. Limit this intake and see if it has any good results for you.
