I know you can buy water after you pass security ,but what about food? Also my name on my Ticket is different fom my Liscense cause it was Bought for me..And they used my "nick Name" will it be ok?

No, with the name it will not be OK, the name on the ticket has to be identical with the name from your ID, and about food... sure ... u can take whatever food u like, the restriction applies only yo liquids.

You can bring food you bought after security. Or before, but i don't know if you can outside food. Security can tell if it's form the airport or not.

depends on what kind of food you're planning to bring. if it's something stinky like durian, which is also illegal in airports, then it's prohibited. if it's something like rice or meat, it's ok to bring it along. :)
