Yes-I get up and wander around my flat for a bit to get the blood circulating again. Sometimes I even do thbe housework I should be doing! Today I did the dishes,cleaned the tub,and folded the laundry during my Yahoo breaks! *pats self on back*

yes definitely . This condition it is called;
Y.P.C.S.
("Yahoo posterior crush syndrome " )
only relieved by clicking your computer to 'stand by ' ;
and doing a bit ,of ''stand by '' yourself ;.
limit yourself to, less than 6 hours ,per Yahoo Answers session .
Running on the spot , may help, but looks ridiculous !
pottering around the house , doing chores ...naaaah!
walking to the shops ( its raining )
Massage, can help , ( not often available )
a soft cushion on your chair , will offer short term relief
Horizontal computer use is tricky (hard on the elbows )
laying on your tummy,to continue your obsessional Y.A.
Hmmmmm ... this could just be the answer

for a new, super, comfortable computer chair !!!

Fortunately, not ALL of the questions posed on these forums are stupid.
Also, not every participant answers questions 'all day'.
Finally, given it's very tiny size my butt could use quite a bit more padding anyway -- so perhaps you've identified a new therapy.
