I'm a painter. Quick use razor blade in holder. Paint on grout use thinners of various linds using least volitol or poisonous last. with soft but stiff brush. Freasher paint goof-off from paint dept or paint store.

If they are glazed tile use automotive paint thinner and a scrubby, if they are unglazed use a hand held steamer and a spray on paint remover and scrubby you can buy at wal-mart. Always works for me.

go to the home depot---buy goof off. apply with a rag let it sit for
a few minutes-then wipe off.
