When I was on Atkins, I had some type of eggs for breakfast. Omelets are filling and hard boiled eggs with a little butter are good. Lunch was usually a salad with some type of meat and lo-carb dressing. Dinner was always meat and veggies. You just have to go by the book as far as food goes and mix and match. i found as in any diet you have to exercise to help loose the weight and once I stopped Atkins i gained most of the weight back. i adhere to the theory of Atkins- it makes perfect sense to me. Good luck

Ok, the less carbs the better. For Breakfast-eggs, bacon, sausage, maybe a cheese and meat omelette? Lunch-a small salad with lo carb dressing with meat and cheese. I liked making hamburger, adding a little cumin(like taco meat) and putting cheese on top. You can also use a little chili powder. Dinner-hamburgers,steak, pork, chicken. Lots of veggies, cauliflower is great as a sub for potatoes. I made this "soup". Chopped chicken, spinach, and a little onions in chicken broth. Very tasty. Munch on pork rinds, something crispy! I also ate walnuts for the fiber which I lacked. Good luck.
