Friendly to everyone, very positive attitude
Seems to make particular effort with me in making eye contact, smiling, touching my arm or shoulder. Winks in passing.
Attractive, well groomed, nice clothes.
His boss managed him before...she thought he was gay, but then heard he had a girlfriend. She is still not sure.
Very limitied information, but what do you think? Friendly, flirting, or gay?

I hear ya on the dating and work thing. Haven't done that since high school...and this is a risky proposition right now, although my project at this facility will be up in February and will move to another facility. Same company, though.

I think he's most likely just trying to be friendly with you cos he feels comfortable being around you. Some people are positive and sunny 24/7, 365 days/year, and he could just be such, not necessarily gay or tyring to hit on you.

Right now,you're just like making guesses at the ending of the movie but you're unwilling to fork out money to buy a ticket to watch at the cinema and waiting for your friends to tell you the story after they watched it and would probably buy the dvd when it is out in store if you find it interesting enough.

is he wearing metrosexual clothing?
does it appear he spends more time on his hair than work?
is he wearing clear sunglasses?
any lisp?
are there any female pictures of semi naked women in or around his work area?
if theres a yes to the first 4 questions then question it well the last 1 ask who pictures are those

At this stage, let's not assume anything negative. Be positive. He might as well be a very nice person, a kind of species that is getting extinct quickly in this world.
A little note on touching, tell him that you're not feeling comfortable with him touching you.
