Logically, I can see no reason why they would. Their creation supposedly didn't involve umbilical cords.

They could not have had, if you believe the bible. Adam was made from dirt, and Eve was taken from him. Neither were ever in utero, so there was no need for umbilical cords. I would have to assume, then, based on my understanding of Genesis, that the answer is no. The navel is a receptacle for the umbilicus.

Assuming they existed they could not have since navels are the end result of umbilical removal from a vaginal ( or today c-section also ) birth.
