Tell him to take a picture, or ask him if he's got a problem. I've found that direct confrontation makes most people uncomfortable enough to look away. Me? I'd stare back!

LOL..this question is funny! Call the kid to come to you and ask him what and why he's starring at. Then tell him if that's impolite and tell him to stop otherwise you are going to call his mommy.

I see you posted this 2 hours ago, but the next time this happens, calmly turn toward him and say, "Hey, I see that you've recognized me. Would you like my autograph?" That should do the trick.
