my bf lives in canada and i live in australia he wants to marry me online before we get to marry when i get there to be with him

do u really have to do this? y dont u wait until both of u meet each other and do the paper things. u can do in australia or canada. and then decide if u still want to keep ur citizenship or his.

not a wise choice to marry thru internet despite anything can hapen in internet but does it legal enough? legal to who?

I don't think you can, but I wouldn't suggest it. Marriage is a wonderful thing, and since many get married b/c they are in love, you really should want to make it a very special event. And to anyone that yells at you for it, THEY need to grow up, since it is an actual question. What if a husband or wife went to Iraq, then wanted to get married? So I don't think it was a stupid question. It would be rather interesting if we could though, huh?
