try drinking 3-5 glasses of banana shake daily..believe me it works! i was way to skinny too but i gained 6 pounds by just drinking it for 1.5 weeks!!!!

If you are a non-vegetarian, try taking lots of mutton and fish. If not, u can take curd with sugar, butter, cheese, paneer and other similar products which help you put on weight. But dont try too much to desperately put on weight since you may end up losing your health. I believe that health is most important than the your weight. So, as long as you are healthy, be cool.

dont think i have gone crazy ....if u really need to put on a bit weight i recomend ...
1)potato chips
2)choclate milk shakes
3) less excercise if u are not lookin for a toned up heavy body that is...
else u can have protien shakes....soyabeans ...
soya crunches....workout a bit with heavy weights twice a week....this would help u put on a little weight

Try some nutritional supplements like Ensure. You can add these with ice cream to make a shake. It is nutritional and full of calories.

Its beter 2 exercise daily.Best option is yoga.....mmmmmm Dont eat oily 2 much oily food as it may harm u.

i'm in the same boat. how old are you? maybe when you hit 25 your metabolism will slow down.
i'm hoping for the same, i'm tired of hearing from strangers "oh you should eat more" and they don't have any idea.
