for chest

1)push ups with hands in wide stance (for upper chest)
2)push ups with hands in near stance(for lowerchest)
3)barbell press(for upper chest)
4)inclined barbell press(for lower chest)

try heavy weights and low reps ...with less intervals and high number of sets..for better results...


for abs ...

ab crunches..
leg raises...
with weights of course high weights...


also remember to take in ur protiens as much as u can as soon as u finish ur workout as its the food tat u have that builds ur muscle ur work out just stimulates their growth

it depends whether you want to be like HUGE or just TONED...

To be toned, do 3 sets of situps and pushups everyday (do as many as you can, and try and copy it a following 2 times)

To be huge, the same is true, although try and find a weight where you can do about 10 - 15 (by this stage you can do no more), and then do it another two more times.
