No problem. The EasyShare software won't be useful for transferring pictures with a different brand camera, but you can still use it to browse and edit your pictures.
I personally use ACDSee for browsing and Photoshop for editing. I've also heard a lot of good things about Picasa (a basic, free program from Google).

I use Picasa...Its easy to use. Does all the simple fixes that you would need to do for quick touch ups. Has an email function...I tried the Kodak program and got hammered with Ads and crap I had No interest in. I've had really good luck with Picasa.
