just slightly not much. could anyone recommend any healthy foods to help gain weight( strange huh?)pls help

Fruits like bannanas, apples, pears, and anything with natural sugars.
Bread, Rice, Pasta
Nuts, all kinds, like macadamia and pecans
Try eating smaller meals throughtout the day rather than 3 main meals

Sounds good to me! it somewhat is a percentage of fat we've in our bodies it somewhat is volatile. That's much too thin. Some people are naturally thin but if this is an eating disorder situation, it needs more than healthy food.
