I loved a CHARM'S CHERRY SUCKER. And if you were lucky, when you pulled the wrapper off, there might be a little slip of paper inside that said FREE....and of course, then, you got another one for free. And then there were SweetTarts, Squirell Nut Chews, Jolly Ranchers, Seafoam Candy, Mary Janes...oh well geeze, I loved them all........

Palm toffee. They used to do a little slabs of six squares and different flavours. The best one was Banana Split; the toffee had a thin yellow layer running through the centre- lovely!Refreshers were good too.

I remember candy necklaces. Sweets that came on elastic that you could wear round your neck. My mum bought me loads of them for Christmas along with Michael Jackson's "Bad" album. I ate them all while listening to it. It made my really hyperactive and even to this day I can't listen to that album without thinking of those sweets. Good times.

I was odd (perhaps still am) and didn't like and still don't like sweets. I even have a phobia of ice-cream. Give me a bag of dry roasted peanuts though and I'd be as happy as Larry, whoever he was.

Thise little cola flavoured silver balls...they were great!
And, I know they're not sweets, but those fish and chip biscuits were nice too!
