Talk to her and ask why she is flirting with a guy that you are interested in. If she is a really good friend she will consider your feelings and not upset you. If you like this guy spend some time alone with him and get to know him (without being a flirt) and ignore your friend if she flirts with him. Don't let her upset you, but remember if you are true friends, you should never let a guy come between you, it is not worth it.

girl, i don't think that's how a bestfriend usually behave...
be careful, don't get too close to her,
and make sure you as well flirting with him and talk much about how great he is...
but remember, don't start a fight with her...
if she ask you, just tell her the real thing, but once again i said, no fighting over a guy okay? tell her that you like him too, and you know she knows that as well... and tell her you just want to have a fair competition with her, and if in the end he likes her more than you... just let it go... don't keep any grudge...
but if in the end he likes you more, you know what you can do then right?

Quit beating around the bush! beat her to him. go right up to him and ask him out. and far as she is concerned. I'd quit talking to her for a while, and NEVER TELL YOUR FRIENDS YOUR PLANS, LIKES OR DISLIKES, OR INTENTIONS TOWARDS LOVE INTERESTS.
