Wow, thats like 5 questions, all comparing apples to apples to oranges to bananas. tension as in unit, possibly Delta/SEALs/SAS-draw. tension as in elite, knowledgeable. That's a hard question due to one can belong to one organization but not the other. Probably the baddest mofo's is the US Army's Delta force which takes in the best individuals from all services. US Army Special Forces, US Navy SEALS, British SAS, some say the Israeli's but they didn't seem to impress this summer, did they? Probably due to politic ans calling the shots.

The US Army Special Forces Are by far the best fighters in the world
the marines say they are but i Beg to differ
any1 can cath a bullet
The spec forces are specialists in both training Good insrugents and helping in humanatarian (dont know if thats spelled right) they also are good at guerrilla warfare and strike hard and fast without the enemy knowing wat hit emm
the spec forces are trained the hardest in the world u have to have amny qualifactaions and have to be at the highest physical peek humanly possible

I would say I'd have to break this up into 2 parts:
1. U.S. Delta Force- 121 reg.
2. MS-13 for a gang, nobody as a group is more deadly than these guys. And they are nearly world-wide.

Probably the British SAS and SBS. But Cameron is wrong about the Viet Cong only fearing Australian SAS. They feared our special forces, Seals, Force Recon, and even the 101st and 1st Calvary divisions

Taken as a whole, Israel has the most bad-*** armed forces on Earth (a combination of equipment, training, purpose, and efficiency.) Also the Green Berets, and the Navy Seals are very efficient and very impressive. No doubt there are others.

British sas without a doubt.
a American general once said "the British army is the best in the world thank god they don't have more."
our Australian sas are pretty good too. dueing the vietnam war the only forces the vietcon feared were the aus sas, they called them black death.
