Yes they are, I've seen two within the past two years..... Spirits are from heaven..... ghost are either on their way to heaven, or are stuck here on earth until they either learn or helped to find the light...... they are stuck due to negativity, the light is positive, they are afraid to go to the light. Ghost are usually grayish in color, Good Spirits are usually completely white to whitish and glow.
Family Spirits or Angels usually come back to visit or to give a message..... usually due to prayers.
These are some of what I ascertain from my spiritual life experiences.

Just Spirit. Yes it is true. Innocent and perfect yet incomplete. Otherwise, it has no desire taking up physical body and make us who we are - souls.
