I need to find software, that has a lots of mattes?

I am using Adobe Premiere elements 3, looking for some plug ins, that are free, or not too expensive to buy at Future Shop or Best Buy in Canada. Does anyone have experince regarding what I am looking for?

try adobe after affects i think this will have what u want.
if u want cheap buy a slightly older version it will still do the job u want and more

i think dight india...provided some pugins for adobe photoshop..its just free plugins which are avaliable on the net...try to go to www.thinkdigit.com and mal them reguarding this...they are the best
