since it was the u.s navy that shot it down, there were 360 civillians on board including women and children( that don't mean any thing to u.s military),was anyone ever charged, as it is a war crime and one of many crimes commited by the u.s, including dropping a 2000 pound bunker busting bomb on an under ground bomb shelter used by civillians in the first gulf war killing 150 women and children, and another 2000 pound ordance bomb dropped on iraqi civillians on a crowded market in the second iraq war, killing 230 people, and in kosovo they dropped a smart bomb on fleeing convoy of women and children killing over 100 people. now was anyone charged for these war crimes?

war crimes commited by nazi's are never brought to court, so the u.s has got away with a lot of war crimes, including present day ones still happening everyday in iraq.

Before you can declare something a 'war crime' you have to have some clue as to exactly what happened.

For example do you know why that airliner was fire upon? How many warnings did that airliner ignore? Why did the USS Vincennes wait until the last possible moment before firing?

Are you really clueless enough to condemn people when you do not even know what happened?
