How do proteins destined for secretion or insertion into the plasma memberane get to the golgi complex?

Please I face some difficulties on this questions and I am university student.

Yup. It's the microtubules. To be more specific, the proteins are synthesized in the rough endoplasmic reticulum and transfered to the Golgi complex via vesicles which are directed by the microtubules. Final modifications occur in this organelle, after which, they are transported to the surface in vesicles which are again, guided by microtubules.
