I dont remember anyones avatars at all, whether I have answered their questions or they answer mine or whatever. I think that would be a good thing to not judge their answers based on who is answering. Like when u vote for best answer on questions, you dont see who answered the question, it just says answerer 1 or whatever.

This is a tough one... I agree to a point, BUT if the avatars have been giving insincere answers, then yes I think you can pretty much prejudge what their answers will be. and of course you can't help but EXPECT SINCERE ANSWERS FROM SINCERE AVATARS.
There are some AVATARS that never give nice answers and are always degrading and hateful in their answers, I guess they have not FOUND GOD AND THE GOOD NEWS YET.
I guess it is not a question of is it right or wrong , I think you should remember all responses so you can better judge who gives the true " BEST" answer to your question.
I hope this was helpful. Very thought provoking question. Good Luck with whatever your decision on this is.

I really don't think about it that much. Actually, remembering the avatars and the answerer's previous questions might give you insight to what the person is talking about when answering your question.

hehe you couldnt forget me could you ?
i actually like to remember people , that way i will know when they answer , if that answer is from a personal point of view ( given what i know of them ) or perhaps through their words i know that they may not be having a great day and speaking a little differently etc ...
i dont see avatars as simply people who answer questions ... but faces replacing the people i may never meet but who i count as good friends

Good man. turn a blind eye. Avatars are a figment of your imagination, they do not exist. expunge them from memory.
