I'm finding it very hard to get over a FWB person I had in the place I work. I loved her with all my heart but now we have broken up and we don't talk anymore. I have since changed offices buth the only trouble is when I speak to people who work with her now, I find it hard to not ask how she is and when I do they say she is just loud and annoying. What should I do?

You should stop asking about her. Instead, ask the people who you are talking to how they are doing and establish good relationships with them. I'm sure they go back to her and report that you are asking about her, and I don't think that gives a good impression. You should never date a coworker.

If you loved her then she was much more than a FWB! you can't put feelings into a FWB. Seems like you took this to the next level without realizing it. Talk to her and see if she feels the same. But don't quit. You'll eventually get over it.

you need to sort your head out but i don't think that leaving your job is the right option. if you do that you might sink deeper into depression and we don't want that. find some friends form work to talk to, go for a drink with them. you're obviously not ready for another relationship but you ought to be socialising; it would help you to get back on your feet. don't run away from this; part of life is getting hurt and it's the part we don't like but it must be endured in order for us to live a life.

Are they being honest? if they are, then why do you keep asking the same question. Or is it their way to tell you, to stop asking, because they know the pain you feel. either way. Stop asking, if you really want to know, go see her, ask her. you will get a better sense of how she is doing and you will see there is nothing left, helping you get a little closer to some peace
