Eccl.7:8; Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof:
Where are the places that show the holy prophets and apostles celebrating anything but the passover, and the end of the thing is that is what Jesus ask. The Lord's supper is it.
The only thing Jesus truely left his believers to do or to see done.
Who and when did some one began with this celebrate the birthday of Jesus, JESUS IS THE SAVIOR OF THE WORLD, WHAT IF HE DOES NOT APPROVE OF WHAT PEOPLE DO?
WE HAVE TO GIVE JESUS FIRST PRIORITY IN EVERY THING, HIS IDEAS ARE HIGHER THAN IDEAS OF MAN.

Mr 7:8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.
Mr 7:9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.
Mr 7:13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.
Col 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

actually his b day is not even in December they jut put it in December so the church could convert more pagans into Christians, its actually a pagan holiday that is celebrated in December its called yule. and allot of the things people do on Christmas was started by pagans celebrating yule like the Christmas tree and giving gifts. the wise men didn't even see Jesus until he was at least 2 years of age. there is allot about Christmas the church claims that we cannot confirm like the number of wise men that came to see Jesus there could have been two or there could have been thousands people just assume that there was three because only three gifts were mentioned. SO feel free to celebrate Jesus birth when ever you want in the middle of summer or spring if you fancy cuz no does it state Jesus was born on dumber 25 there is actually more evidence showing that it was more in the month of march so yeah do wat you want its you thing don't listen to anyone when they tell you how to be a christian as long as you do Wat you religious book says for you to do and your on fire for it then you should be fine.
p.s. ooo and big ben the bible is all pretty much hear say any pastor will tell you that everyone interprets it differently sooo you really cant pass allot of it off for fact so get off your high horse.

From the bible, whilst is Jesus' birthday? no longer familiar From the bible, did Jesus have fun his birthday? no longer familiar From the bible, did Jesus have fun every person's birthday? no longer familiar Does the bible point out any authorized servants of God celebrating their birthday? no longer familiar Does the bible point out any birthday celebrations? no longer familiar What does the bible say approximately December 25? beside the point - the Hebrew calendar replaced into thoroughly distinctive - a lunar calendar we don't have fun Christ's birthday as we don't understand whilst it replaced into. inspite of the undeniable fact that, we do have a party each 3 hundred and sixty 5 days of the beginning of our saviour. This in recognition of the words of the Angels to the shepherds - "I carry you sturdy information of super excitement " - we convey our excitement that Christ replaced into born - as a results of fact the shepherds did - "The shepherds went returned, glorifying and praising God for all that they had heard and considered, basically as were instructed them." (All Luke 2) We too have heard and considered. we don't got down to kill excitement. As to the date, it quite is as sturdy an afternoon as the different. As Paul says "He who observes the day, observes it for the Lord". The day in question (December twenty 5th) replaced into for a quick time additionally a minor Roman pagan pageant (inaugurated in approximately 270 advert) yet there is not any data this replaced into something to do with Christmas.

No, Christmas is not in the bible at all. We we just do it just like we celebrate George Washington's birthday, etc. I don't think George told the nation to celebrate his birthday when he was alive?
Also, according to bible scholars, Jesus was not born in winter -- since the sheep/shepherds were out when they saw the "Star". So they believe he was born around September.
So you don't have to celebrate December 25 to be saved. But then I don't think you'd be damned either if you celebrate it (even without the approval of Jesus)... Lol...

it's on the third tablet that Moses dropped right after he realized his robes were burning because he got too close to the bush.
It was the thirteenth commandment right after
"Thou shalt not pick thine nose then Hide the booger under the table. Thou shalt not hide bubblegum nor the last pea there either or I the Lord God shall smite thee with a ruler across your knuckles with a ruler or pointer and teach the nuns to do the same.

Most cultures around the world had celebrations around the time that we now refer to as Christmas. It is a natural time to celebrate, being the height of winter. The authorities in "Christian" countries simply renamed the festivities, just as Catholicism successfully renamed non-Christian female deities in previously non-Christian areas of the world as Mary. It all amounts to the same thing, just different names.

Nowhere, in fact Jesus wasn't even born on December 25, it is a SYMBOLIC celebration, so get off your high horse and just enjoy the festive season.
PS: if you misinterpret Bible verses don't impose your views as fact!!

Are you a member of the Church of Christ by chance??????????
Very well put.
We have NO SUCH COMMANDMENT TO OBEY MANS 'RELIGOUS' DAYS.
We as christians celebrate the birth of Christ everyday. The Lord's supper every first day of the week in rememberance of his death on the cross to save us from our sins., Jesus told us to do this in rememberance of him.
Absolutely right, GOD AND JESUS HAVE to be first in our lives to be pleasing to God.
He gave us his inspired word and that alone is all we need to follow. God gave us the plan of salvation and the gift of eternal life, it is up to us to ACCEPT OR REJECT.
NOT all worship is acceptable to God....
BUT IN VAIN DO THEY WORSHIP ME TEACHING FOR DOCTRINE THE COMMANDMENTS OF MEN. Matthew 15:9

First of all, there is no such COMMANDMENT about Christmas. It is an OBSERVANCE, with religious connotations. Why do you sound so hyper and angry? You need to stop judging people and their beliefs.
Sorry to say this, but you sound like an unstable religious zealot.
You need to just CHILL !!!!
(Just for your information, I am Catholic, with very high respect for many other religions & beliefs -- as long as they are not angry and violent -- what are you ?)
