Yes most definitely, On a visit to Taif(a town in Saudi) the prophet was harmed by the residents and the angel Gabriel came to him and asked him that Allah has asked that if he wants Gabriel could crush these people as there were two mountains that surrounded this town, but our dear Prophet Muhammed (S.A.W) instructed Gabriel not to, but rather prayed for them to embrace Islam and if they dont then he prayed for their offspring.
So there is your answer
He is a GOD of peace but he couldnt stand it seeing all the people of Taif persecuting his beloved messenger.

Why do all of your questions have the same theme? Skewed or biased questions about Islam or Muhammad? But what the hell, I'll bite.
How about this. The Prophet Muhammad was introduced in the Quran with these words:
And We have not sent you forth but as a mercy to mankind. (Quran 21:107)
According to a hadith, Muhammad once said:
A true believer is one with whom others feel secure. One who returns love for hatred.
According to another hadith, Muhammad once said:
By God, he is not a believer, by God, he is not a believer, by God, he is not a believer, with whom his neighbors are not secure.
This hadith shows how much he loved and cared for all human beings. One of the lessons he taught was that we should live among others like flowers, and not like thorns, without giving trouble to anybody.
In another hadith Muhammad said:
If a believer is not able to benefit others, he must at least do them no harm.
According to Muhammad, people who become useful to others leads their life on a higher plane. But if they fail to do so, they should at least try not to create any trouble for their fellow humans. For people to be good servants of God, they must live in this world without making any problems. There is no third option.
Looking at your previous questions, your bias is evident. For the record, Christians have a pretty lousy history when it comes to benevolence towards other faiths. According to the Bible (I don't personally find this to be any more of an authority than any other book deemed "holy" but it appears that you do so I'll use it for the purpose of comparison) only believers in Christ are saved (Romans 10:8-13) and Christians have been willing to kill, torture and maim those who do not submit (check out the sources for a link with details of the crusades and the inquisition)..
Any religion can be used as a weapon by those who wish to do so.

actually Islamic teachings are much more refined and applicable in real life, Why does your country have an Army? is it to spread love?
why don't you just "turn the other cheek" like Jesus said, but NOOO.
you had to "Spread love" everywhere with your weapons of mass love and ICBMs.
and your Nuclear love to Japan.
Besides, Islam teaches to never have hatred towards your brother.
