At beginning of the Mass, when the Priest first enters, servers and readers bring a Bible and a Crucifix. Candles are common, but not always present. Gifts of bread and wine are brought later, in the middle of the Mass.

Sorry, not familiar with the term "sacramentary". Do you mean sacristy? Think of it as the Church's green room, where the Priest gets ready. It is behind the altar, not in the church itself.
