If you're the type who has everything, including immortality, would you care to find out if you have free will or care to exercise it if you have one? Would you rather remain in bliss, sort of not interested in the tree that gives knowledge of good and evil? Pls answer honestly.

I believe it is the human condition to seek knowledge, to understand our environment as best we can. While I think the genesis of this yearning for understanding is tied closely to mortality, I don't think the absence of mortality would lessen its importance or prominence in the human experience.
I would still want to know.
That said, Chris Hedges wrote in, "War is a Force that Gives us Meaning", that, "...when faced with a choice between truth and contentment, must of us choose contentment".
So maybe knowledge wouldn't be a universal virtue, but breasts still would be.

I assume you're talking about the Adam and Eve story, but that wasn't about having free will or not. Adam and Eve *always* had free will. The metaphor is that they lost their innocence when curiosity got the best of them.

Asking that is a bit like asking if you would prefer to remain a happy child forever. I have some very happy early memories, but I think the point of innocence is that it doesn't last forever? At this point, I'm not innocent, but I'm also only knowledgeable of evil up to a point. I know, for example, that snuff films exist, but I have absolutely no desire to see them.

Hm... hard to say. Ultimately, I guess I would say I prefer to have the knowledge of good and evil. When you have no knowledge of good and evil, you really wouldn't feel like you have a purpose in life either. It's kind of like a novel without a conflict or antagonist -- the antagonist has to exist for it to be interesting. You derive meaning from conflict.

That's my tentative answer.

i comprehend. This has been happening for an incredibly long term. There are countless motives. The Atheists have their schedule to aim to push Christianity out of each thing and are attempting to positioned on down the saints in the final days (Daniel 7:25). one extra reason? human beings are in right here in simple terms to play video games---even some 0.5-hearted Christians are doing this---and that they are asking questions for the area of cheating. They get extra beneficial IDs and ask on one id and answer on the different. I in no way did this and don't intend to. this is incredibly cheating and retains the trustworthy human beings from getting any credit. ok, yet one extra reason is that persons are bored and in simple terms style of going alongside with the chaos for exciting you recognize and that they are at a loss for words and absence purpose of their lives. So, i think of that tremendously plenty sums it up. (I incredibly have spoke back a lot of questions okay and yet in simple terms have 4% suitable solutions. I rechecked one and observed that the respond chosen grow to be actual stupid---they only befell to agree or perhaps it grow to be the id cheating.)

If you had immortality it wouldn't matter to you. There is no evil. Nothing can kill or terminate you. You are immortal. The concept of an "ill" would be a part of your nature!

I would do just what ever a talking snake said to do. Then I would pop down a Rabbit hole to chew on mushroom pieces like the hookah smoking caterpillar said with Alice and all the other talking animals and talking playing cards.
Hypothetically speaking of course!

With the knowledge I have , I would take bliss.

The idea of never having to work, never being sick, never having to want for anything, fellow-shipping with God every day, having all my needs filled, not sinning, no shame, no depression, no failure, no hurt, no murder, no strife, not having to strive to live.

Today I have choices, I choose to be a Christian and I pay for it every day. I am looked down on by others, thought to be ignorant and backward, held in disdain by many for my faith. I don't mind, they falsely accused Jesus, they beat and crucified him for what he said and did. I am not worthy to suffer for his sake.

I have learned to pray for those that hate me and my Lord, I love those that would kill Jesus all over again, because he died for them as well as for me and he still loves them and wont's them to come to know him.

Yea, bliss would be nice.

God bless.

I guess I will care to excercise it

I guess that I will do whatever I would want. But in some cases (like what's for dinner???) I will just not bother. I will let the chef bother.
