I am from Taiwan and I am going to a friend's wedding party in Klang ourshirt of KL. What do I need to prepare??
The wedding dinner is host in a Chinese restaurant. Do I need wear suit? and prepare red packet? how much ??

I think preparation should be minimal. Be prepared to drink on behalf of your friend if you are part of the grooms party.
You do not need to wear a suit unless the wedding invitation states formal attire, or you are related to the bride or groom, or if you are part of the groom's party of friends (the ones who will help him out throughout the day). otherwise a smart long sleeved shirt, tie and pants are good enough.
As for red packet, I think RM100 is more than enough per person. RM 80 is the going rate.
