He has a painfull muzzel and seem very unsteady on his feet. Also drinking alot of water. Been to vets and had a jab to reduce the swelling and they have said it could be a sting of some sort, but after the injection wore off the swelling returned. Can't think of any thing he has eaten that could have caused this.

One thing you could try,is changing your dogs food.Dogs can develop an allergy to their food, even if they used to eat it with no problem.Even a premium dog food can cause allergic reactions, depending on what the dog is allergic too.The first thing to look for,and one of the most common,is corn or soy products. If you already feed a corn and soy free food,it could even be the protein source. Many dogs are allergic to chicken and beef, and need a lamb based or specialty food.

Another possible problem could be the detergent you use to wash your dogs bedding.

Just a couple of thoughts to help you get started, hope you can find out what is causing your pooch so much discomfort.

You can give dogs Benadryl for allergies. It makes them woozy, but if you give him a low enough dose (a small enough chunk of the pill) it might help him without too many side effects.
Wrinkly dogs tend to get skin inflammations like that. It could be a response to a bacteria or fungus that has decided to make a home on his face. It might help to wipe out all the wrinkles with a gentle antiseptic, and maybe follow with Neosporin.
