He could have, at any time, removed Himself from that cross. He chose not to for our sake. When He cried out, it was because at that very instant all the sins of the world were upon Him and God the Father withdrew His presence.
Yes He really died - the Romans were very good at what they did. They stuck a spear in His side and fluids spilled forth. They buried Him in a tomb with a huge stone rolled in place. The Romans set their guards at the tomb. But the tomb is now empty - Jesus was raised from the dead. He is alive.

Boy you guys really need to brush up on your English if you plan to take over this country. Jesus is GOD in the flesh. When Jesus hung on the Cross He took on Himself the sins of every person who has or will ever walk on the face of the earth. GOD cannot look on sin so HE,GOD, had to turn HIS face away from JESUS. It was the first time the two had been separated and it hurt Jesus more that the physical pain of being crucified. You need to understand that GOD is not limited to time or space as we are. GOD is a Spirit , Jesus is the literal spoken word of GOD, the Word made flesh and the Holy Spirit is that part of GOD that was sent to be our comforter and teacher after Jesus was resurrected back to the Father. It is a mistake to try to limit GOD as one would a man. I have no idea what you are talking about with the whole Juda thing? Who is Juda anyway?

First off.....
Jesus was an Essene Jew....... there was no such thing as a Muslim or a Christian back then.
Secondly......
According to Islamic Faith; the Prophets (PBU them) have left this earthly existence to be at one with the Allah...... so they're all dead every single one of them.
Thirdly......
If what you are saying IS right........ then tell me where Jesus, Moses, Mohammed (PBU them all) and all the other Prophets are right now? They must be in a Starbucks somewhere in Mecca enjoying a nice Chai Latte. I have not seem them walking the streets where they are needed most, here in Baghdad for instance.

If you really wanted to know you actually find out the truth, but since you didn't want to take the time, Jesus was FLESH and at the time He said that He had every sin in the world on Him, because He was dying for our sins. God cannot look upon sin and so He turned away from Jesus at that moment.

Once again, if you had bothered to read the accounts in the Gospels, you would have read that He was resurrected on the third day.

U can think of it this way...
say you are a cancer patient.
you know that eventually you are going to die.
But even at the moment you breath your last breath, you would still be unprepared!
It's something like that.Lord Jesus knew that He was going to die, yet He was as human as He was divine.

Jesus, being God, determined it appropriate to accept the role of servant to all.
May you understand the implications, I, by God's will, have made.
