i got a text of some1 and a word that i dont understand said (intmate) any ideas what it means

heres the sentance i got it with
it was good to spend some intmate time with you,

so if any1 out there knows what that means, please let me know

and i'm not meanginig - initmate - as if you look at the question, it dont fit, and when i asked my friend what she ment by it a got its to hard to explain by text, so does any1 know what it means or is it just my friend making new words up,........

Intimate. It's hardly rocket science. Look it up in the dictionary - its not an abbreviation, they just can't spell! :D

Well,.. if you were in prisson and the person is referring to the "inmate" time you spent togethor, that could have been rather intimate too :D

meaning: close, personal,
