Latin has no specific word for that concept, these are the closest words that I could find:

voluntarius - voluntary, acting or done voluntarily
voluntarii - volunteers
voluntas - goodwill, will, wish, inclination

facta voluntaria - voluntary deeds
factum volutatis - act of goodwill

I don't know if you meant LATIM or Latin properly, but in portuguese is VOLUNTARIADO.

"voluntarii" has military connotations.

I think the closest you can get is "doing good":

Bene faciendum.
