Celestial Seasonings. Flavors that are soothing and relaxing are Chamomile, Madagascar Red Vanilla, and Peppermint. (Though the Peppermint can also be kind of invigorating. I find it soothing cuz it's hot.) These are all caffeine-free teas and taste fantastic! : )
By the way, try the Chamomile and the MRV with 2 tbsp. of half and half or milk. It mellows out the flavor even more and the milk helps you sleep.

Check out Rooibos tea. No caffein and tastes pretty good.
If you need something to actually help you sleep though, I would reccomend Chamomile or a chamomile mix. There are a number of tea mixes (ask at a health shop) that will specifically help you sleep.

Its okay to drink before bed, but id avoid tea with cafiene. Try to find some sleeping tea to drink before bed

You can try something from Celestial seasonings like Apple Banana Camomile; Sweet Apple Camomile or regular camomile. These are easy to purchase.
