The Gospel of John is my favorite book in the Bible. It very clearly proclaims the deity of Jesus. Just like Jesus prayed to the Father in 17:3;

"Now, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was."

The profundity of John 8:58 was not merely that Jesus existed before Abraham, but that Jesus is the eternal "I AM", He is God. Read Exodus, Chaptere 3 to get a better understanding of who Jesus was claiming to be by saying "I AM". His audience understood what He was claiming, that's why they picked up rocks to stone Him for what they believed was blasphemy. Jesus was not blaspheming, though, because He really is I AM!

It honestly would not advise what trinitarians what it to advise! they say that John is claiming that Jesus is comparable to God. yet while that's the case then he's likewise saying that Jesus broke the Sabbath! that's absurd! Jesus lived by employing the regulation completely as he grow to be ideal and might have in no way broken the regulation! In Matt 12:12 Jesus made the undeniable fact that "it particularly is lawful to do a sturdy element on the Sabbath" Curing a guy honestly falls into that type!

That is wonderful the prayer Jesus makes for Himself, and us...

I love the book of John, is beautiful about the love of God.
The mysteries of God are also explained (ie. Trinity)
Jesus says I must go so that the Holy Spirit can come...
It keeps unravelling the mysteries of God thorugh out.
