God did speak to me today. He came to me and helped me in my time of need.
I've been in love with my gf for over 4 years but as of lately I've been receiving tempting flirts from another girl. I love my gf but I'm having a hard time resisting the advances of this girl. I know if I cheat on my gf that it would devastate her and she doesnt deserve that.
Just when I was feeling my weakest, a memory entered my mind. It was a memory of a wonderful time that my gf and I had in New Orleans. I was reminded about how happy she makes me. God reminded me how much more beautiful love is over mere lust. Suddenly I saw this other girl for what she was and I was turned off.
God told me today that Love is eternal and that lust is a mere lie.

God is always with me. I feel his warmth when i call his name or pray to him! I lite a candle every night asking his guideness! I can hear him speak although it is not in words like I hear people and kinda hard to explain! He lets me know he is there and he helps me , like this is a hard time of the year to get a job and I got one starting Monday and it is full-time and permament job at that! I have been praying so hard to find work and a good job and I did get my prayers anser. I start work as a nurse/phlebotomist at a hospiotal which pays well and has kick butt benefits! It is kinda like this ... can see you see air? No But , you breathe it don't you so, you knows it is there! A bit different perhaps but, trying to let you know how I know he is there!

God is with me. I know this because I talk to him, and he gives me the things I ask for. He didn't speak to me today. Nothing.

i understand why u ask this question
there is a relation with God and his people:
He guides them
He encourages them
He comforts them
He loves them
and He wants the people who believes in them to react with Him
God has spoken and all his words is there in the bible
the bible is God words he speaks to us through it
And because God is Alive his word is.
It has been written from more than 2000 years but when u read it, its his direct word to u today.

God is always with me..He said that He would never leave me nor forsake me.
He speaks to me everyday, to my heart, and/or through His Word.
The secret is, we have to be quiet long enough to hear Him speak.

not sure but my gf is always talking to him, like god don't stop, god that's good, god that's terrible, for god's sake clean this pig style, good god that is deplorable, etc i sometimes wonder if shes going out with him instead of me......
