I fall short on both accounts but I'm praying to get better.

I try to. When I pray like David, I ask if there's any wicked way in me and the Father tells me and makes the changes. Sometimes we have to apologize to people. Being perfected in His love takes time. Sometimes we get corrected along the way to learn how to love more perfectly.

My heart keeps me alive, I don't use it for love, I have love for other people in my mind but that's in my brain. Sorry to take a scientific standpoint on this one.
Oh and I don't really know my neighbour so I can't say if I love him/her or not. It would be kind of presumptuous for me to say I do.

Yes i do have love in my hearts for others, And i love anyone like i love myself....because i can suffer myself but try not to let others suffer if its in my hand.But still don't know excatly if i m doing it properly or not..........Allah is the best judge. i always pray to Him that atleast i should'nt hurt anyone if i can't be of any good to them.

Actually my neighbors aggravate me--they never seem to sleep and are very noisy

Yes. I love everybody, even the ones that have hurt me. Life's too short to spend it hating people for something they probably don't even remember doing to you.

I try. It's rough sometimes. THe Bible also says to love your enemies. That's harder.
