Okay this is the first year that I am getting all of my shots done, as I tend to get sick alot. Reason being I just had my daughter and I don't want her to get all the crap that I get.

Does anyone know if there is a way to head of Chronic Bronchitis, Chronic Pneumonia (other than the shot), Chronic Strep Throat and the Flu without getting all of the shots, or sequestering myself indoors?

My immune system is low and I would love some information on this as I can't find alot of this online.. Maybe I'm not searching right I dunno... But help would be great.

If I were you I would consider the pros and cons of getting such shots especially for children. The pros are that you MAY get sick less. The cons are some potential side effects. One of the main ones is that it will actually make your immune system take a vacation so when the vaccine wears off you will be worse off.

New studies indicate there may be a link between flu shots and brain problems. Although it is VERY small. Who knows what kind of other pesky problems we could discover down the road.

If I were you I would load yourself up on holistic stuff. Take vitamins and get good sleep although I know that is a cliché during Christmas time.

I wouldn't worry about bronchitis or pneumonia unless you are a smoker. If you are a smoker then you should quit. If you don't smoke but live with someone who does, insist that they smoke outside. That will considerably lessen the odds of getting bronchitis or pneumonia.
