No one knows how the universe came to be. It quite likely doesn't even make sense to ask "how was the universe created", because that begs the question and assumes an intelligent act of creation. People who think that there must be a creator to explain the universe are being inconsistent when they say the creator himself did not need to be created.
I don't think there is any harm in believing in a creator, or in believing that the creator loves all of his creation. I do think there is harm when those beliefs are extended to include everything contained in a 2500 year old book (the Hebrew Bible), and those beliefs are used to justify bigotry and hatred, and to deny modern knowledge obtained through science.

You're asking things beyond our scope to know.
Which is why randomism is such a great cop out.
We're a cosmic accident, so don't ask why, we just are.
That's the atheist, agnostic, scientific segue. A little dance around the issue. Since we are RANDOM stop looking for REASONS as to WHY. We're just a LUCKY collection of molecules that just happened to come together!
It still doesn't explain where those molecules came from, so they do another dance. They've always been there. The conservation of Mass and Energy. Energy cannot be created nor destoryed, it simply is.
The mass of the universe is the same now as it was before the big bang, it's just organized differently now.
As to why we were created, all we can do is speculate. It could have something to do with God and Satan or Lucifer and their jousts.
Read Job in the Bible for more on that.
Maybe it was over a bet for $1
Maybe God wanted to make something.
That's the way most religious people view it.
God is a parent and he wanted a baby and that's us.
Atheists say we're an accident. Mom and dad didn't plan to have us, the condom broke.

yasir: This same question was posed by King David of Israel over 2500 years ago. It is mentioned in the book of Hebrews, Chapter 1 of the New Testament of the Holy Bible. We are created to have a relationship with our Creator. God, Himself is not in need of being "created" since He is composed of spirit. Spirit is not subjugated to time, weight nor occupies space , such as matter does. Supposing God was "created" then, would require Him to have a Creator; therefore, He wouldn't be God, as we understand Him to be. Our limited human minds can not grasp the "concept" God . God knows this (He created humans) and we can only relate in terms of what God is to us. For example: Healer, Creator, Provider, Sustainer, Father, Counsellor, Protector, etc., etc. - these things identify God to us because those things tells us what He Does. He [God] tells us that He is the "I AM" - this is attributed to the fact, that anytime us humans attempt to pin-point Him down to an exact "thing", He continues to BECOME more and more. He is God the Eternal, because no matter how much we try and catch up to Him, He will always [forever] be well ahead of us all since He had the "head start" on us all. In this we know WHO God is by what He has and is doing both, for us and with us humans . Hope this answers your question to at least, a limited degree !

King David had the same question.
What is man that thou art mindful of him.
What we are and what we were meant to be is two different things, but do not ask me to explain perfection, I have no clue what that is for man, but it sure takes some
doing to live 930, 962, 969 and 950 years. Gen.9:28,29; This is beyond our imagination, but it gives some idea the difference in perfection and imperfection.
There is so much in the bible that we do not understand. God does not tell us how he came to be, but could we understand it if he did?
Is he dynamic energy? If so, what is that? The Power of God, what is that?
What is it saying, some say a trinity?
John 17:3; This is life eternal, that they might know thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou has sent.
Some how we are supposed to know God. Sounds like David knew Him.

We does not have the sense to understand how god is created
Because as, no one can explain a Blind Person about colours.
In the similar way no one can explain about Gods Identity.
We are Here because are writing a entrance examination for Heaven.
If we Qualify we are into heaven.

As far as we know we, humans, are the only way possible for the universe to understand itself. Simply because we are part of the universe. As such, our knowledge will never be complete.God, being outside of the universe, is beyond man's understanding.

Perhaps it is a question which will never have a factual answer. I think maybe the path you take to lead you to your own personal truth about it may be what really matters.

Instead of thinking about this, how about going out get some beer and get some women buddy? Who the heck cares? You have life to live and a livelihood to think about. This question is way beyond our IQ so why bother?
Creationists and whateverists can have their debate. Me, meanwhile, are busy getting laid.
