It is MS Office itself.
I check the help and tutorials every now and then for things like formatting, adding formulas, and working with all the options under the "options, tools, Insert) tabs.
It's the best, and very powerful.

you can use msoffice's help file it's already built in. but stuff can get frustrating because it doesnt have a programme for starters up to advanced fuctions... but if you did stuff the hard way(as in using the help file) you are unlikely to forget how to use it
