You MUST try this website at www.octopustravel.com.sg, www.asiatravel.com and www.asiarooms.com, they're best online travel agents you can hardly find in these days!
But normally cheap holidays occur around Asia countries like Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam etc.
So plan your holidays carefully and have fun trying out these websites I've intro you!!!

Lastminute.com is good. Or the teletext website, that's where we booked our holiday from and it was quite cheap, but we did only book it about a week before we went.
