Dear Ashok,
i was in chennai for more than2 years, and since i had heavy hair
fall before that and during that time,
i used A to Z of medicines available in India,
i used Aelopathic Ayurveda and Homeo Dr Batras etc ect,
bt none seems working till date.. whereas my scalp now is clearly
visible from front..
my age is around 24 and i dont have any baldness in heredity,
so i can very well understand ur mental state.
and here i'm providing u the only solution :
1. do u have heavy hair fall
if yes - go to tirupathy tomorrow and shave ur head,
if no - go for short haircut, no hair styles kindly..
and say final no to all GELS HAIR OILS etc.
2. check with ur dandruff and start applying any herbal shampoo
twice-thrice a week,
dont change it and dont go for conditioner or any chemical like
sunsilk, head & shoulders etc.
3. start eating protien rich food, fish, egg, pulses.
