When you old enough, you can move out and make your own rules...While living with your family, you have to live by their rules...

well, it's hard to give you a definite answer to what you should do. what you are saying is this:

you aren't following your family's religion
you did poor in your 1st exam, yet....
you think you should be hanging out later than 8pm.
your father has an ongoing back and weight problem. sometimes he asks you a favor like running to get money and buy ice cream cause it would be easier for you than him.

perhaps you should take care of your responsibilities first.

help your dad
improve your test scores
tolerate your father's religion until you move out of the house to keep the peace.

perhaps your dad is disappointed in you because he doesn't see you moving in a clear direction. he might see a kid with no religious conviction doing poorly in school at the same time trying to get more social time later in the evening.

once you take care of your responsibilities, then you have a right to ask for more priviliges.

i wish you well.

I sympathize. There are families who have less restrictions than you but try to see why your dad has his thoughts about your being outside the home. Try to remember that you will soon be an adult and will have to find a home for yourself someday. Those are the serious things in life, and time without your friends will go by quickly if you tend to your lessons and do as well as you can.

Wait another year and you'll be 18 and able to be on your own. Until you should follow the house rules even though they don't seem fair to you. You will out of the house and on your own before you know it. Try to bear with it for now.
