Okay how about this. A Muscovy Duck is not really a duck. They didn't know how to classify it. And it looked more like a duck than a chicken, so the classified it a duck. But when you roast one up the meat is red not dark like a duck. And not greasy like a duck either.

ducks are animals, they fall under poultry and birds. vegetables do not include living animals......

chicken is also an animal.
