The focus is to keep the sugar and fat down. Flavored waters (you can add your own little flavor packs, or buy pre-flavored water,) are a good choice. Coffee and tea are frequently said to not count as water, but they can, just make sure that's not your only source of water.

Recent studies show that tea is better than water. There was an initial theory that the caffeine in tea would counter some of the re-hydrating property in water, but the recent study found the effects of caffeine is negligible in tea. The tea must not contain sweeteners though. Tea also was suggested over water, because of the antioxidants found. No other liquid has been suggested by health care and scientist as a substitute for water.

You might try different kinds of water. Also, maybe getting a Brita or other kind of filter may make your water more tasty. City water is just nasty!
Other than that, there are a lot of very nice herbal teas. I like Milford's currant/black cherry, and also Celestial Seasonings Mandarin Orange Spice. Wild raspberry leaf tea also makes a great straight tea (don't use it fresh, though! always use the completely dried leaf!). But, again, unless you're starting with good water, your tea may turn into yuck.
If caffeine is OK, try out all the different kinds of green, black and in-the-middle teas. I like Earl Gray and also Jasmine tea.
The nice thing about teas is that they usually have some sort of added health benefit to them.

Nope water is water is water. It's good for you and if you drink water with additives...its bad things that are added.
Some flavored waters have sugar or artificial sweeteners so they aren't as good for you. The extra sugar adds calories and no nutritional value and anecdotally.

I would recommend crystal light, it has very little calories, tastes great, and comes in a variety of flavors.
