Yes. Onions has a lot of vitamins, Green onions especially has a lot of vit A. The other types have alot of chemicals that prevent cancer and is an antibiotic. These chemicals unfortunately are the same ones that makes onion smelly.

Absolutely! Onions are high in phosphorus and calcium, is a good source of vitimin C, and contain iron and vitimin B as well. Couple them with garlic for an extremely healthy you!
